Overview

We have a proven record of managing large amounts of cash via implementing various projects of reputable clients with national and international NGOs; the detail experience is explained throughout this document in relevant experience part.

In the current situation as the banking system is collapsed Belal Elham Co, will only do the payment through the agents already available at provincial level for the ongoing NGOs Cash Disbursement projects and will also use these agents for implementation of Cash Disbursement project of NAC for which we have very trained and experience staff.

For the purpose of cash distribution, we have had the experience of bank account to account transfer, Hawala and cash distribution through agents in the field but due to current situation we will only use Hawala system and in remote areas where Hawala system is not working our own agents who are available at field level take the cash and will do the distribution in the field.
